National site management and security company is looking for an organized Financial Manager (reporting directly to the Managing Director) to join their branch in New Germany.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative side of the business, including the bookkeeper function, and payroll/debtors/creditors and related functions. The position includes the reconciliation of the Pension Fund, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements, making external audit arrangements, coordinating/driving BBBEE, retentions, financial guarantees, Fixed Asset Register, and updating COIDA and leave records.

The successful candidate must have a Matric with a B in Maths (and Accounting is preferable) with a further qualification such as BComm with Articles / CIMA.

At least five years of experience in an Accounting role and three years as a Financial Manager. Experience with BBBEE coordination is preferable. Computer literate in Simple Pay, Sage Evolution (BPO module advantageous) and advance Excel.
