A company in the financial industry based in Johannesburg has a PDS Admin Clerk vacancy available
Requirements:
Matric
1 Year experience in an administrative environment
Good Computer Literacy – MS Word/Excel
Typing skills – a minimum of 30 words per minute
Duties:
Assist the PDS team with a variety of administrative duties and basic clerical work (opening new claims, logging, assisting with telephone queries, completing forms, filing, dealing with Doctors account queries)
Collection, sorting and distribution of mail
Transferring correspondences to different departments
Typing of general correspondence
Typing of statistics/spreadsheets/schedules
Updating of existing spreadsheets
