As an Email Designer your day will look as follows:
Visual design
Design visuals supporting CRM conversation campaign messages
Design visuals for automated, operational and engagement communication
Design Online visuals, supporting Email conversion campaigns
Implementation
Support the CRM brand team to implement visuals into the approved Email templates
Adjust current email templates as required and work together with implementation agencies on new templates as required
Implement online visuals into the Emarsys campaigns
Implement email and online campaigns via Emarsys as required
Existing customer log in
Update Fibre conversion visuals within the existing customer online account
Implement notifications messages in existing customers online account
Ad hoc design needs as required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Experience:
CRM mailer & HTML coding: 2 years (Required)
Online advertising banner design : 2 years (Required)
Emarsys tool to develop and implement CRM email campaigns: 2 years (Required)
* Do you have experience with email templates: 1 year (Preferred)
Education: Diploma (Preferred)
