National Financial Services provider requires an EE Financial Manager to join the team, report to the CFO and manage the bottom line.
The Successful incumbent will provide financial management, analysis and reporting support by ensuring application of sound financial practices, p[policies and accounting processes. The FM will comply with all legislative and corporate governance requirements in terms of financial statements and reporting.
We do require an incumbent that is very strong on reporting and consolidating financial statements.
The financial Manager will assist the CFO with strategic planning, budgeting and variance analysis of the operations and contribute to continuous improvement within the operations.
A Complete JD will be provided to shortlisted candidates
Minimum requirements for this position
Grade 12 with a Post Graduate Qualification/ CIMA however CA(SA) will receive preference – if not a CA(SA) we do require an incumbent with an HONS / CIMA AND Completed Articles
Management experience in managing a staff complement of at least 5 employees
3-5 yrs Previous Banking / Financial Services Experience is crucial
