Accounts Payable Clerk wanted urgently: Salary R15 000 to R18 000 per month

Please note the work hours for this position are 7 am – 6 pm.

Responsibilities:

· Obtain Supplier invoices send via various means.

· Capturing purchase invoices into the accounting system.

· Constant communication with supplier over-invoicing and ordering differences.

· Verifying invoicing and monitoring the approval process until paid.

· Reconciling creditor statements to the ledger.

· Liase with procurement to resolve queries on accounts.

· Match Supplier Pack which includes Invoice, Delivery note, Order and approvals.

· Preparing and sending Dashboard and Daily Task list.

· Tracked against deadlines.

Required Skills:

Matriculated.

· Financial Background.

· 2-3 years of Creditors experience Experience with account reconciliation.
