Key responsibilities:

Business development
Recruitment of new store customers
Increasing of customer activity rate through:-
Having regular contact with existing customers by visiting their businesses
Monitoring customer’s activities, sales and needs
Re-activating dormant customers through negotiation and problem solving
Assisting the customer with their business,wherever possible
Monitoring customer’s activities, sales and needs;
Conducting market research to establish customer needs
Actively drive Stokvel initiatives
Conducting regular price surveys to establish pricing and promotional information
Maintaining a sound long term relationship with customers
Assisting with robot distributions
Conducting presentations to customers and potential customers
Assist with coordination of in-store activities
Providing feedback to the team in-store on problems and opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience:

Grade 12 and a degree/diploma in Marketing/Sales
2 – 3 years of relevant experience
Computer literate (MS Office)
A valid driver’s license

Competency Requirements:

Ability to communicate confidently and convincingly
Ability to understand and satisfy internal and external customer needs
Honesty, integrity and dependable, highly essential
Sound administrative skills
Good planning and organizing skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Strong knowledge and understanding of DIY (an added advantage)
Willing to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
