NACOSA is looking for a suitably qualified Admin Assistant who resides in the Port Shepstone Office based in the UGU District, to support our ReACH programme.
Job Functions Administration

Specification
Assist the Programme Administrator or Management with administrative support within their functions.
This includes:
Registering of new delegates on attendance registers
Compiling and submission of monthly Timesheets for relevant staff
Assisting with the onboarding of staff when required
Assisting with the exit of staff as and when required
Ensuring all new staff have all relevant documentation in place
Photocopying minutes; information sheets; manuals, etc
Regular filing
General printing of documents
Sourcing of venues and catering quotations when needed
Sourcing quotations for flights, accommodation, etc
Support Provincial admins with support regarding payments
Write out instruction sheets
Assist the Training Coordinator and Programme Administrator with any other adhoc duties.
Relief the receptionist on telephonic and reception related duties
Assist with any admin related functions as required by the Head Office

Matric / NQF 4 Qualification
Excellent written communication skills
Relationship building skills
Computer literate
