Telephone Sales and After-sales Service
Customer Service and Marketing
Order Processing and Administration
Customer Data Maintenance
Sales target achievement
Order processing
Processing of credit notes
Resolving customer queries
Offer focus products and specials on every call
Make a minimum of 70 contact calls per day
Resolving of customer queries

Requirements:

Matric/equivalent
Computer literate – proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong administrative skills
Service and target driven
Experience in either sales/ sales administration, customer service/ relations or Call Centre
Team player, highly motivated and strong interpersonal skills
Well-spoken with a good telephone manner in more than 1 official South African language
Clear disciplinary record
Customer service orientated.
Good telephone etiquette
