It is a requirement of this position that the Office Manager takes full responsibility for all administrative matters relating to the efficient running of the Head Office, as well as general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations in the office. This includes liaising with the banks, service providers, contractors and other staff in the office. The role also requires tasks to be done for the Directors as necessary.

You will also be required to update excel sheets, deal with the auditors & banks on various items, send out press releases, deal with accounts and payments and all record keeping. In addition, you will run the monthly newsletter and plan and organize company events.

You must have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills, be willing to work additional hours and have good computer skills.

You need to have a minimum of 4 years of office administration management experience.
