Warehouse Receiving Supervisor required: APPLY HERE

This position is to ensure that stock and shipments are received and checked as to confirm that the product, product code or part numbers are correct according to the relevant documentation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure warehouse stock is replenished on a daily basis
Supervise the receiving of all local and overseas shipments
Supervise the receiving staff
Ensure that stock take preparations are done accurately and according to the warehouse requirements.
Ensure correct allocation of received stock into picking zone or bulk
Ensure that the warehouse department is kept in good order and is clean and tidy at all times according to warehouse requirements
Assist in general duties if and when required

Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent
5 years logistics or warehouse experience
Problem-solving skills
Communication skills
Planning and organizing skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages – Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
