Job & Company Description:

A well-established, micro-lending concern focusing on the success of entrepreneurs, is looking for a Debtors Administrator to join their team based in Randburg, Johannesburg.

In this role, you will be responsible for all collections and management of customer accounts. Duties include, but not limited to management of debtors orders, reconciliations and allocations, billing, invoicing, settlement calculations, finance reporting, to name but a few.

Education:

BCom in finance/accounting ESSENTIAL

Job Experience & Skills Required:

3 to 5 years” experience in a debtors/collections role

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential

Xero accounting experience will be beneficial

Strong computer literacy

Financial acumen

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast-paced environment

Team player

Conscientious with follow-up & feedback
