ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Assigns work to crew;
Assists Senior Site Supervisor with issuing material lists for each job assigned;
Acts in the absence of the Senior Site Supervisor
Prepares orders for supplies, to be provided to office/procurement person timeously;
Advises Management / Ops team re: progress on job sites;
Provides responsive high-quality service to clients in an accurate and courteous manner;
Install and assist with installing/erecting various timber structures and frameworks, incl. but not limited to saunas, steam rooms, decks, pergolas, walkways, gazebos etc;
Measure, cut o shape wood, plastic, fibreglass, drywall, and other materials;
Follow blueprints and plans;
Ensure correct and proper use of all tools, including power tools.
Ensuring correct use of all fixings such as screws/staples, adhesives;
Minimize material wastage at all times by using correct measurements for materials;

GENERAL DUTIES:

Assist with cleaning up and keeping worksites neat;
Assist with cleaning and keeping factory and warehouse clean and neat;
Assist Senior Site Supervisor with duties as requested;

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Strong work ethic;
Excellent understanding of English
Physically fit and able to perform the required duties;
