This position is to assist in maintaining a clean working environment for employees.

Duties & Responsibilities

Keep premises clean at all times by continually inspecting and tidying up office areas.
Report damages of equipment and building to Human Resource Specialist for purposes of maintenance
Report shortages of cleaning supplies and equipment to Human Resources Specialist in advance to prevent interruption of work duties.
Assist to carry files from the storerooms as and when required
Prepare refreshments for meetings and visitors at stipulated times

Minimum Qualifications

Grade 10
Matric certificate will be an advantage
1 year’s experience
