RedCat Recruitment is seeking a trade tested and experienced MILLWRIGHT (PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN / TEAM LEADER) (6-12 MONTH CONTRACT) for a well-established manufacturing concern based in the Phoenix area, Durban.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Grade 12.

Trade tested Millwright.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

3yrs+ previous work experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG but not a prerequisite).

Person will be required to effectively manage and allocate resources on the lines to maximize production efficiencies and ensure that targets are timeously met. Ensure a culture of continuous improvement, good housekeeping and employee safety on the floor.

Salary offered: Negotiable (market-related) (depending on the person’s experience)
