South Coast Business requires the services of a payroll administrator, to capture all time-related information, calculate and finalize monthly payroll and to work in conjunction with HR specialist to ensure all information on the payroll is up to date and accurate:
Requirements:
· HR-related Bachelor Degree / Certificate (beneficial)
· Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience (essential)
· Computer Literacy: Fully Computer Literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Sage VIP (required)
· Good communication skills
Experience/Skills Required:
Ability to work with a high degree of independence
Key time management skills to ensure deadlines are met with efficient turnaround times
Be able to cope within a high-pressured environment
Knowledge of SARS, ETI, DOL, Employment Equity, tax laws, and overtime requirements
Workmens compensation payroll reporting experience
Ability to work with manual and electronic time systems.
Ability to run payrolls for multiple companies
Full time, market-related salary
