Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare a proper schedule of food production for orders
Vigilant in forecasting the risk problems before commencing the work.
Develop new food products welcomed by the market needs and promote it in an effective way
Ensure health and safety regulations are met
Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
Supervising junior staff
Overseeing the production process and to optimize yields and quality.
Must develop, implement, and monitor the optimum nutrition contents of the products.
Planning and organizing production schedules
Meat development into pet treats
Ability to think ahead and taking the lead

Requirements:

BTech and/ or BSc Food Technology qualification will be a powerful advantage.
