Requirements:
Dynamic and efficient individual with a high attention to detail.
Female with verifiable references.
At least 5 years experience working in an office environment.
At least 2 years experience as senior level personal assistant
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Excellent Word, Excel, Power Point skills
Efficient with technology
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (read, write, speak)
Valid drivers license and good driver
Working hours – weekdays 07h30 till 17h00
Preference will be provided to applicants with:
Experience as office manager
Postgraduate qualifications.
Duties:
Gatekeeping, emails and correspondence
Manage diary, schedule meetings, appointments, and events
Dictation and minutes
Source office supplies
Travel arrangements
Handle requests and queries
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Followup on incidents in a timely manner
Develop training presentations and handbooks
