A Manufacturing Company based in Alberton is looking for a diverse, proactive, organized Office Administrator to join the sales team.
Job Requirements/ Responsibilities:
Identifying new business opportunities on our Social Media platforms
Assist and support the sales team with office-related duties.
Assist with Reception and Switchboard
Must have attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Candidate must be fully computer literate and multilingual
Excellent verbal and written communication
Must be a team player
Excellent Multi-tasking
Must be able to converse professionally with clients
Service orientated work ethic and strong customer focus
Capturing information on our CRM system
Previous accounting experience would be an advantage
Debtors/ Creditors experience will be an advantage
Previous experience in sales and quotes will be an advantage
Knowledge and understanding of Social Media will be an advantage

Candidate Requirements:
Matric
Excellent administrative skills
Suitable Tertiary Qualification in Business administration or related field can be an advantage.
Minimum expected experience: 2 or more years office administration will be an advantage
Fully Bilingual (English / Afrikaans)
