Doves is one of the largest funeral directing companies in Southern Africa and a major role player in the progressive development of the funeral industry in this part of the world.

We are looking for a suitable Candidate to fill the role of a General Worker

Core purpose f the job:
Undertakes activities of a general nature associated with maintaining the cleanliness of the site (both inside and out) as well executing as any other task as instructed

Key Performance areas:

General Tasks: Perform all work according to work orders and load and unload materials / coffins, etc. as per requirement. Assist to move all materials from the storage area to designated work areas. Assist with general office /yard duties as requested by the Manager.

Grave preparations and Assistance : Assist with the setup of the grave site i.e grave mats & machinery set up. Where necessary, take all documentation for grave orders to the municipal cemetery. Keep all Doves vehicles neat and clean.Keep premises and gardens neat and clean.
Keep mats, machinery, and other equipment clean.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Must also be able to concentrate on his tasks. Must have the ability to understand and communicate.
