We are a specialty confectionery in Pretoria and we have an open position for a Cake Designer / Decorator.

The candidate needs to be a motivated, positive and dedicated person who will join our experienced team of cake designers/decorators.

You need to have minimum 3 years of experience as a confectioner and 2 years in decorating cakes using fondant icing. You need to be artistic, passionate about decorating and designing cakes, and strive for perfection.

You must be willing to grow your knowledge and build your experience on more challenging cake designs. The candidate must be of good character, have good communication skills, be self-motivated, hand working, honest, trustworthy, and adaptable.

Requirements:

Matric is a plus, Minimum 3 years as a confectioner, and 2 as a cake designer/decorator. Able to work well in a team and have contactable references

The candidate needs to either be South African or have a valid permit and a Clear Criminal Record

Salary will be based on the skills and experience of the candidate
