Domestic Cleaner/Housekeeper wanted immediately: Salary R4 200 per month

The Villa Manor are looking for new hardworking team members that love to clean and make homes look fantastic. You will need to be a team player, willing to learn and have an eye for detail. We only employ trustworthy, positive and reliable team members. You will be fully employed subject to two satisfactory references and a DBS check.
This position is for a new Housekeeper. You will:
be available Mon-Fri between 8.45 am-4 pm (actual daily hours will vary slightly)
be happy to work in different locations in Suffolk on a daily basis
help with organizing & managing your team
be available to drive your team to client’s homes
clean to an excellent standard and check the work of your team to our high standards
aim to get lots of positive feedback and be rewarded as such
help organize your team’s equipment according to our policies and procedures
be a positive role model and work with enthusiasm
uphold our company’s values
Villa Manor is growing quickly as a company. You will be managed by the Quality & Training Supervisor and work with them on all aspects of quality control, customer satisfaction and team training and management to ensure the smooth running of the company on a daily basis.
No prior cleaning experience is required, however, a background in customer service or quality control would be an advantage.
We are seeking a new Housekeeper/Cleaner who is available Mon-Fri. Your days will be varied and you will be starting work out of either our Woolpit or Ipswich bases.
