Duties & Responsibilities:

Building a team of 20+
Staff Training and Development
Must be motivated and driven
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets. Sell your way to success.
Must be able to work remotely with minimal supervision
Hold sales team accountable throughout the day and report back to the Director daily
Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures.
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 17:00

Desired Experience & Qualification:

Grade 12 (Must be 18+)
Excellent communication skills.
Professional
Previous Sales Management experience not essential.
Own car an added advantage
Hungry for success
