A highly motivated, diligent, and enthusiastic Installation Co-ordinator is needed for a well-established and growing wireless company based in Port Elizabeth.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and daily control of job cards
Control and maintain a low amount of outstanding jobs
Dealing with complaints from clients
Give full feedback to clients where necessary
Assist technicians with any problems and complaints
Driving for productivity and quality

Qualifications and competencies:

Senior Certificate
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Critical thinking, the Installation Co-ordinator must make logical well thought out judgments
Excellent communication skills
Organizational skills
Problem-solving skills, the Installation Co-ordinator needs to be ready when problems arise
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
