The purpose is to manage the administration of Movements, Placements, Breakdowns and Re-branding of TBC Coolers. To implement a market driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels, thereby delivering world-class customer service, sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation.

Key Accountabilities and Outputs
Movements & Placements
Action requests and approvals
Log instructions to DDS
Follow up Monitor Calls Logged report
New cooler requisitions, placing and motivation
Check daily logs are all on Daily Log report
Control and track cooler movements
Maintain Cooler Stock report
Control cooler storage and available coolers
Breakdowns & Re-branding:
Monitor daily Status report and Logged Calls
Walk-in cooler quote submissions and approvals
Walk-in cooler follow-up on repairs
Check daily logs are all on Daily Log report
Branding ordering and follow-up
PO’s and requisitions for the whole department
General Administration
Administer scrapping of coolers
Update “Missing & Found” coolers in TBC system
Cooler contracts and agreements, administration and filing
Sales liaison for cooler auditing and general cooler queries
Maintain 100% integrity of master data
Link between DDS and TBC for general administration and queries
General office administration and filing

Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4 (Essential)
Upto 2 years experience (Operational Execution) FMCG
