We are looking for dynamic candidate for an exciting new role as an external Sale Representative. The successful candidate must be well presented, motivated individual, responsible, be able to fluently speak English.

Minimum Skills and Knowledge required:

· Grade 12/ Diploma, preferably in Sales and Marketing

· Minimum of one year’s experience in External sales

· Strong Computer Skills (MS office) and PASTEL/SAGE

· Valid Driver’s License (Code 8 or10)

· No Criminal record

· Must have good communication skills

· Good interpersonal skills (Internal & External)

Brief Description of Key Performance Areas

· Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services

· Promoting and selling products

· Generating Quotation and processing orders

· Identifying Prospective customer, follow leads, attending trade shows and conferences and other work-related meetings

· Ensuring Sales Targets are achieved as specified by Sales Manager

· Providing training when required by the customer

· Provide support to fellow colleagues where needed and support to customers

· Weekly and monthly reporting

· Resolve customer complaints and queries
