Job Description:
In this role, you will manage a team of Call Center Consultants maintaining and monitoring all inbound calls and ensure that all correspondence is actioned, and responses are delivered promptly.
Your daily activities will include handling escalations or complaints that come through the contact center, maintain relationships with business and monitor the well-being of consultants
Furthermore, you will be required to pick up on escalations or outstanding queries, report on daily statistics and attend monthly meetings to share statistics and performance of the contact center with specific business lines.
This role is in the Digital Operations department at a Band 7 level reporting to the Case & Contact Center Superintendent.
Qualifications:
You will need the following:
Matric / Grade 12
Contact center related Certifications
Diploma in call center management or equivalent would be an advantage
Experience:
5 years inbound contact centre experience with at least 2 years team lead experience
Inbound query management environment experience
Understanding of invoice processing
