Senior Digital Account Manager needed immediately: Salary R20 000 to R35 000 per month

Duties include:

Website design and development
Includes custom build and template base website. Finalising scope with client, briefing if design and development with the studio team and managing projects from start to finish.

Social media monthly management
Content plans and advertising. Managing monthly social media retainers, including briefing in monthly content plans, designs, scheduling, and overseeing community management team throughout the month. Includes ad-hoc social media campaigns.

SEO
Implementation for new website and monthly SEO management. Briefing and managing team on projects.

Communication
Managing Email and SMS campaigns, aquiring content and booking into system, follow up and reporting.

Digital campaigns
Such as advertising campaigns and competition elements. Pitching campaigns to clients, getting quotes signed off, and overseeing every project from start to finish.

Monthly budget management
Ensuring we stay within the project scope and budget.

Online advertising
Social media ads, Google AdWords, and advertising on 3rd party sites.

Client engagement
Building long-lasting relationships with my clients, recommending new digital campaigns, etc.

Other:

Monthly in-depth reporting across all digital channels with a very strong focus on social media reporting and forecasting.
Creating digital strategies for new clients and projects.
Managing all the online advertising accounts for the agency. This include placing ads yourself, briefing others to place the ads, doing monthly recons and reporting.
Managing the team in studio. This include booking in all projects in with the team according to availability and skills.
Creating quotes and proposals for clients.

Requirements:

Relevant marketing qualification.
Strong social media background – monthly management, once-off campaigns, new strategies.
At least 5 years work experience in similar job role.
Strong delegation and time-management skills.
Ability to work on a variety of clients at the same time.
