Medical Receptionist wanted immediately: Salary R4 500 to R6 000 per month
Introduction: Vacancy for a Medical Receptionist at a new General Practitioner Practice opening 01 October 2021 in Langebaan.
Environment: General practice, occupational health examinations, aesthetic, and weight loss.
Type: Full-time, permanent position. Saturday mornings included.
Start date: 01/10/2021
Duties and responsibilities:
General front office reception duties.
Telephonic and/or online appointment bookings, confirmations, and queries.
In person patient meet and greet and COVID questions.
Online information capture, diary, and billing.
Medical aid authorizations and motivations, submissions, and queries
Day and month end, medical aid remittances and recons.
Bad debts
General duties including managing domestic staff.
Minimum requirements:
· One – 2 years’ experience in a similar role essential, including collections from funds and patients.
· Matric / Grade 12 essential.
· Computer literate.
· Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
· Own Reliable Transport.
