Melomed Richards Bay has the following vacancy available in the Catering Department:

· Check goods received in conjunction with the Kitchen Supervisor

· Pack goods received in the appropriate areas

· Assist the Catering Manager in keeping stores secure

· Responsible for the general tidiness of the store area

· Responsible for issuing of all goods from the store and recording thereof

Candidate Requirements

· Minimum Grade 12 qualification

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of store control procedures

· General knowledge of hygiene and cleaning procedure

· Physical ability to lift and pack stores items neatly

· Availability to work extra hours

· Honesty and integrity
