Cook / Cleaner wanted immediately: Salary R5 000 to R6 000 per month

Minimum requirements

· Matric

· Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality

· At least 2 years’ experience of Cooking

· Certificate in Hygiene and Cleaning

· Basic knowledge of child nutrition (added advantage)

Responsibilities

· Keep kitchen clean before and after meal preparations

· Keep kitchen equipment, tools and utensils clean and in good working order

· Order required ingredients according to set meal plans

· Prepare and serve meals at set schedules in time

· Deep clean kitchen equipment and furniture regularly

· Arrange for regular Pest Control

· Neatly pack and organize kitchen groceries and other (crockery)

· Clean corridors, offices, toilettes as per set schedule

· Sweep and mop floors daily

· Dust and polish furniture

· Dust, clean and polish picture frames, stair rails, etc.

· Vacuum carpets 3 times a week

· Clean toilettes 3 times a day whilst replenishing supplies

· Empty dustbins and dispose of at recycling areas
