Full Job Description:

Currently we are searching for a Warehouse Assistant for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

Checking stock, assisting with the counting of stock before stock leaves premises – match invoices.
Pick stock according to the picking slip
Assist with the counting of stock daily.
Packing stock in the correct area as per warehouse layout, stock codes and descriptions and shelf as per Depot Supervisor’s instructions.
General housekeeping and cleaning.
Ensure that no substandard stock is supplied to customers.
Assist as a truck assistant when deliveries are done to clients.
Clean all stock before packing in designated storage areas
Always comply to Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements of this Post:

National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate.
Working Experience in a Similar role.
Effective Communication Skills in English (Verbal and Written).
Ability to work within a team.
Good Time Management skills
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to Multitask.
