We are now looking for a Driver, Delivery for a permanent position to join our UPM Raflatac Operation Department in Germiston, Johannesburg, South Africa.
What you’ll do
You will be responsible in all aspects of driving and delivering of orders to customers
You will ensure that the delivery vehicles are always maintained in a proper/safe state and are clean
You will be responsible for safe load securing on material on vehicle
You will be driving forklift when and where required
You will ensure all documents, schedules and delivery notes are signed, dated, and filed correctly
You will assist production department and assist with stock takes when there are no deliveries
You will maintain optimum of Good House Keeping and Safety in working area and vehicles
You will perform all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety and environmental
Who you are
You have Matric Qualification plus a warehouse diploma will be an added advantage
You can work shifts and overtime when required
You have excellent English language skills, oral and written
You can work in a warehouse environment
You are a good communicator at all levels and have a good foundation of interpersonal skills
You have a code 14 driver’s license and to valid Public Driving Permit (PDP)
You have a fork truck driver’s license which will be an advantage
You work under pressure to satisfy customers
You are physically fit
Computer skills are essential
Own transport essential to work and home
