Rand Water is looking for candidate to assist in stock management as per Rand Water’s policies and procedure. In accordance to IFRS/PFMA/OHS Act and other relevant legislation. Supervision of direct reports

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Inventory / Warehouse expeience ( minimum of 4 years’ experience )
Computer literacy: Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word ,Outlook )
SAP ERP
K53 driver’s license
Basi Accounting knowledge
4 years experience in a supervisory capacity, in a unionized enviroment
Be able to operate an overhead crane and a forklift ( competency certificate required ( expired or active)

Primary Duties:

Oversee the supply and distribution of all material.
Maintaining accurate records of Inventory material movements.
Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Creating and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Section management of day to day activities ( Reports, staff briefyng ext )
Supervise Subordinate activities
Monitor safety of the workplace in compliance with the OHS Act.
Completing of timesheets and leave Management Subordinates
Knowledge
Computerized material ( SAP )handling environment.
Good understanding of the technical aspects of the station
