Full Job Description:

Warehouse Assistant for our LEGO E-commerce business. Managing the end-to-end process for packing orders and fulfillment of all e-commerce orders.

Being part of a growing, busy online business responsible for all online orders from the point that orders are received through to customers receiving their goods. Must be a positive, action-oriented, self-driven, professional individual willing to get involved across all areas of the online business. Must be comfortable working under pressure and be a team-player. Must be able to effectively multi-task and prioritise workload. Clear, effective and professional communication is essential. Attention to detail is important.

Primary responsibilities:

– Ensure that all orders are received, picked, packed, fulfilled, and handed off to our couriers within the expected timeframes. Delivery and focussed mindset.

– Manage the end-to-end courier process. Follow through to ensure customers receive their parcels. Manage exceptions.

– Manage of stock and boxes including receiving, storage, transfers, and deliveries as well as stock takes. Thorough knowledge and understanding of LEGO products.

– Manage Click and Collects across all our physical stores. Ensure customer expectations are met.

– Manage customer queries, complaints, and requests, as well as requests from all our stores. Clear, effective communication is essential.

– Adhere to our quality standards and customer promises always.

Other:

· Must be comfortable working long shift hours

· Must have reliable transport/means of getting to work

· Must have a Matric certificate

· Must be fully vaccinated against COVID

· Working with couriers or an online business/fulfillment processes is an advantage

· Knowledge of LEGO products is an advantage
