Full Job Description

Maintenance Duties:

Plans repair work using building blueprints or equipment manual as needed.
Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician, may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
Cleans and assists upkeep of the facilities.
Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance including generator maintenance.
Performs other related duties as assigned
License renewals,

Driver Duties:

Report minor and major accidents and complete required reports
Complete diesel and oil log when filling the vehicle with petrol
Ensure that his/her PDP and Code 10 driver’s license is always valid
Transport Clients, Employees and International Guests to their destinations
Deliver documents, samples etc as per request.
Maintain vehicles (services, tyres, windscreens, etc.)
Pay vehicle fines.
Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Code 10 Driver’s License
Valid Public Driving Permit
Able to proficiently read, write and speak English

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Prior experience driver and maintenance work
An ability to communicate well with staff and travelers
Ability to follow instructions
Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
