Job Type: Full-time

• Work closely together with the Kitchen Operations Manager.
• Follow delegate and uphold Stock count, Stock ordering, Cleaning schedules and Team task systems and organizational framework lay-outs.
• Maintaining Cold and Storage Inventory Systems, Inventory prep, and Ingredients and Supplies Inventory count.
• Provide, maintain, and motivate direction, guidance, and clear communication about the restaurant goals, and vision to the team.
• Have a desire to run a productive kitchen by monitoring high Food and Sanitation standards, high Food
• Production standards and output, Pass Control, Food Presentation, and Service output.
• Proficiency in GAAP POS Back of House to keep weekly and monthly Cost Reports
• Maintain clear direction pertaining Duties, Responsibilities, and creative thinking during pressured service times.
• Display Leadership, Management and Communication skills, and delegation to Customer Service, Front of house Management as well as Executive Level Management
