We are looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our team! As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping our USA Sales team identify sales opportunities.
You will be based in Kempton Park focusing on the USA market.
Working hours: 9 am – 8 pm Monday to Friday
Inside Sales Representative duties and responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers
- Making outbound calls to potential customers
- Developing new leads
- Creating and maintaining customer database
- Understanding customer needs
- Explaining product features and benefits
Inside Sales Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong sales and cold calling skills
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
