Job Title: Tiles & Bathroom Retail Showroom Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Tiles & Bathroom Retail Showroom Coordinator. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our showroom, ensuring efficient functioning, exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and visually appealing environment. Experience in the retail industry is essential to excel in this position.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for customers.
Conduct daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing the showroom to maintain its pristine appearance.
Oversee sales activities, monitor customer interactions, and intervene when necessary to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
Assist customers in product selection by providing expert advice, addressing their inquiries and needs, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends related to tiles and bathroom fixtures, enabling effective customer guidance and accurate information provision.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process, including processing transactions, managing customer orders, and resolving any customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of showroom inventory, including stock levels, product specifications, and pricing.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely availability of products, resolve any delivery issues, and keep track of stock replenishment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support showroom events, promotions, and product launches, ensuring proper display and signage.
Monitor and report on showroom performance, including sales figures, customer feedback, and showroom maintenance needs.
Continuously develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a similar role within the retail industry, preferably in tiles, bathroom fixtures, or related home improvement sectors.
Strong knowledge of tiles, bathroom fixtures, and their applications, enabling effective product recommendations and customer assistance.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and address their needs professionally.
Proficiency in using computer software and applications related to inventory management and sales transactions.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours, as required by the showroom schedule.
