Junior IT Support Technician urgently wanted: Salary R12 000 to R15 000 per month

Salary: R12 000 to R15 000 per month CTC.

You will be responsible for the first line of helpdesk support for our clients seeking assistance with our implementations and integrations. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with deployments and installations.

You will be afforded the opportunity to expand your role into appropriate areas of our business, in line with your aptitude, skills, and interests.

Job Role:

Serve as the first point of contact for all helpdesk and related queries
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
Assist Clients telephonically and via e-mail, as well as via TeamViewer / Remote Desktop etc.
Assist with Project tasks and deployments.

Well-presented and professional, with excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally (Professional English and Conversational Afrikaans).
Logically minded, methodical, and enjoys troubleshooting.
Works well under pressure and without much supervision.
Confident, with excellent customer relations skills.
Eager to learn, and a self-starter.

Requirements:

Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
Related Technical Qualification (Minimum Certificate or Diploma).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT Technical Support role or similar.
Excellent knowledge of, and experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, along with a general IT proficiency.
Must have own transport.
Must reside in Cape Town or Northern Suburbs of Cape Town
