Vacancy Available as a Junior Product and Web & Email Hosting Support Specialist at Pixel Perfect, your primary responsibilities will include:
Customer Assistance: Providing courteous and timely support to clients using Pixel Perfect’s products, web hosting services, and email hosting solutions.
Issue Triage: Assisting in the initial assessment and categorization of client-reported issues, routing them to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
Troubleshooting: Learning to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to product usage, web hosting, and email hosting, escalating more complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
Product Training: Participating in product training sessions to become familiar with the features and functionalities of Pixel Perfect’s offerings, in order to better assist clients.
Hosting Support: Assisting in the management of web and email hosting setups, configurations, and monitoring hosting environments for optimal performance.
Client Communication: Engaging with clients professionally through various channels (email, chat, or phone) to address their inquiries, update them on the status of their requests, and provide solutions.
Documentation: Assisting in the creation and maintenance of support documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to aid clients in resolving common issues.
Learning and Growth: Actively seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and skillset in product support, web hosting, and email hosting, with guidance from senior team members.
Quality Assurance: Participating in the testing of products and hosting services to identify potential issues before they reach clients.
Collaborative Environment: Contributing positively to the team dynamic by participating in team meetings, sharing insights, and cooperating with colleagues to achieve collective goals.
Adherence to Policies: Following company policies and procedures related to client support, hosting services, and data security.
