Full job description
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
Providing effective and efficient data capturing and administration for various functions and systems, which includes the following:
- Candidate selection
- Calls and communication
- Reconciliation of data & collation of reports
- General administration
Prospective applicants must meet the following requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in an administrative role with a specific focus on data capturing
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite with advanced Excel and Word skills
- Accurate and fast typing skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisational abilitiesand administrative skills
- Proficiency in more than one language advantageous
- Self-motivated and dynamic
- Systematic, comprehensive and displaying excellent attention to detail
- Commitment to the principles, policies and programme of action of the Democratic Alliance
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to take responsibility and act accountably
- Outcomes-orientated, not simply task-orientated
- Willingness to go the extra mile, which includes working long and irregular hours, weekends, and public
holidays where necessary
