Hours: Monday – Saturday (45-hour week)

SHOWROOM CONSULTANT / RECEPTIONIST
MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF TRACEABLE EXPERIENCE IN THE WINDOW DÉCOR INDUSTRY
The job entails receiving Trade and End-users at our Kramerville showroom.
Using a MINIMUM OF 5 years of experience IN THE WINDOW DÉCOR INDUSTRY, you will be required to assist clients and end-users in making their buying decisions.
You will be required to give our field representatives administrative support
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the showroom is in immaculate and functional condition
- Account for the stock held at the premises
- Supervise cleaning staff to ensure that standards of cleanliness are met
- Prepare teas and coffees for visitors
- Liase with Head Office to ensure that clients needs and all leads are properly monitored and managed.
- Assist with the Diary for installations and consultations.
Skills required:
- Minimum of 5 years of traceable experience in the Window Coverings industry
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Good communicator and an indept knowledge of Window Coverings
