We are looking for highly self-motivated and goal driven individuals to join our Bike Park sales team. Passion, energy and a positive attitude are key attributes that we look for.

Career coaching and training will be provided. If you have the desire to learn and earn-we will guide you and help you to reach your goals.

Suitable candidates must be willing to work rostered shifts with 8 days off a month.

Requirements

· Ideally a minimum of 1 year’s direct sales experience

· Strong communication skills and ability to build and strengthen relationships

· Resilience

· 2 years cycling knowledge and/or experience would be an advantage

· Own vehicle essential

Focus Areas

· Helping people, get into and get better at cycling through guiding them to a product suited to their needs

· Achieving monthly budgets and sales targets

· Networking, lead generation, and follow ups

Salary

· Guaranteed basic from R12 000 to R15 000 (experience-dependent and commission based)
