Roles and responsibilities included but not limited to:

· Overseeing our staff.

· Manage the guesthouse and spa bookings.

· Handle accounts, stock purchases, and maintain meticulous records.

· Report directly to owners.

Skills and Attributes:

· Ability to plan and organize operations efficiently.

· Skill in handling conflicts and demonstrating leadership.

· Adaptability and problem-solving during unexpected challenges.

· Capacity to manage guest satisfaction and respond to reviews professionally.

· Creativity and strategic thinking in promoting the guesthouse and spa.

· Proficiency in financial management, inventory control, and supplier interactions.

· Skill in developing and implementing a daily task protocol to maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

· Must have your own or reliable transport.

· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same or a similar position.

Languages: Only fluent English-speaking candidates will be considered; other languages are beneficial.
