MSA Outsourcing Solutions is a South African-based Company focused predominantly in staffing for USA-based clients. We provide high-caliber staff, filling various roles in a multitude of industries across the USA. Our turnaround time is expedient and everything is expected yesterday.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with 5 years of experience, to work hand-in-hand with our USA based client, building and meeting their customer service goals and needs. As a rapidly growing and developing company, we need someone who is:

The functions of this role include but are not limited to:

· Using and refining existing customer service systems

· Overseeing a team of customer service agents

· Providing multi-faceted support between MSA management, the agents, and the client

· Accurately tracking & reporting of department needs and success rates

· Monitoring time and attendance

· Daily reporting of overall team performance

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Office Based – Houghton Estate Johannesburg

Salary: R18,000.00 – R21,000.00 per month

Experience:

Digital Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)

Advanced Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)

Quality Assurance: 2 years (Preferred)
