Our very own BEANCOUNTER RECRUIT TEAM is recruiting for a FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER position in GERMISTON, JOHANNESBURG.

Scope of the position available:
Implementation and participation in the execution of procedures, policies and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance and scaling of business.
Ensuring that accurate filing and record keeping system is kept for statements and company documents by department for compliance purposes.
Reviews and processes payments of the company
Investigates means to improve profitability.
Supervises finance employees
Assists management to make financial decisions.
Analyse revenue, expenses, cash flows and balance sheets
Prepare monthly reporting
Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance
Prepares financial forecasts
Reviews financial reports
Leads planning and forecasting activities to achieve business goals
Maintains accounting system
Ensure business processes, administration, and financial management

Desired qualifications:
5 years of experience in financial management, including experience in a senior role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
Experience in a Logistics environment would be advantageous.
Experience in Xero accounting would be advantageous.
