We are looking for an organized, motivated, bilingual and reliable admin lady. In this position requires a list of administrative tasks including: telephone calls, telesales, invoicing, e-mails, filing etc.
Duties & Requirements: Non-smoker. Previous experience in handling of administrative responsibilities or related field (at least 2 year Monitor and manage telephone calls and correspondence (email, letters, etc.) Manning switchboard and receiving guests. Billing on Sage Pastel. Experience with Sage Pastel is to your advantage. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint and Excel); scheduling appointments / updating calendars. Track inventory of office supplies, supplies and orders, placing orders when necessary. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Highly organized “multitasker” who can function in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work under pressure. Good timing. Help colleagues where necessary. High school diploma. Willingness to learn and together grow with the company. Reliable transportation.
