Chef Roles – International Cruise Line
We have amazing opportunities for various chefs onboard an International Cruise Line!
- CDP GALLEY – $1 450
- DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE – $1 250
- GALLEY-JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – $1 850
- COMMIS – $1 050
- SOUS CHEF PASTRY – $3 200
Rotation: 6 months on 2 months off
Requirements:
- Fluency in conversational & written English,
- Candidates should have a positive attitude and be self-motivated.
- Ability to motivate, train and supervise workforce.
- A Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or Food production is preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a hotel/restaurant (minimum of 4-star rating) serving contemporary continental cuisine/fusion with extensive significant banqueting capability in a capacity of CDP or similar.
- Previous Cruise ship experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills (MS office) are advantageous but not essential.
