Mechanical & Engineering Company based in Lanseria seeks a hardworking & driven Accounts Clerk to join their team. Knowledge of Accounting/Bookkeeping basics essential.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience & knowledge, includes pension fund.

Requirements

Driver’s license & own transport
Matric
Relevant qualification in bookkeeping
Minimum of 4 years experience
Software – Pastel Xpress/Partner/Evolution/Payroll
Knowledge of processing & reconciling accounts
High levels of computer literacy – Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
Well presented with excellent communication skills
Candidate must be able to work independently
Attention to detail

Duties:

Creditors capture & monthly recons
Debtors invoicing, statements & follow-ups
Full bookkeeping fundamentals
VAT / PAYE / UIF
Weekly & monthly payroll run
General admin including financial administration & filing
