A TOP Call Center is currently looking for Multi Skilled -Call Center Agents that speak Portuguese to start immediately.

Assistance to customers using live chat, email and phone calls in English and Portuguese
Working on multiple internal software systems
Identifying and solving customer problems using the internal software provided or providing relevant information in a timely manner; follow-up to ensure resolution
Assess registered customer data and act accurately on such
Seek to find and apply long-term solutions to all queries submitted
Record customer data and maintain an accurate customer record
Escalate relevant queries through the correct channels
Keep up to date with interdepartmental issues or updates that affect the customer base
Provide constructive feedback on the customer service process
Contribute to the team’s effort, achieving qualitative and quantitative results, as needed
Input support: LiveChat; The e-mail; Call me back
Outbound support: calls to encourage purchase; Welcome calls, courtesy calls; Upsell calls; Verification calls; Winners calls
Weekly performance and service level reports for Line Manager
Ensuring that team standard are met with quality SLAs
Escalate issues through relevant channels
Respect the processes, procedures and priorities, as described
Allocate incoming support inquiries to correct departments or consultants for resolution
Proactively seek to better understand issues related to departments, business and industry to increase understanding and improve service levels
Customer relationship management – English and Portuguese
Working on Saturdays rotates
Perform translations when necessary operationally to / from Portuguese

Minimum requirements:

An excellent command of Portuguese & English language (customers are internationally -based)
A valid South African ID/ Work Permit/ Refugee Status /Permanent Resident Permit
Grade 12 Certificate
Clear Criminal Background

Working Hours:

No Shifts
Overtime on Saturday’s is a requirement
